Debra Russell combines her two passions-- the world of entertainment with facilitating growth and change in people's lives. As an Artist’s Success Coach and workshop leader, Debra works with creative individuals to help shape their success in their chosen field.  Debra specializes in the performing arts working with musicians and actors, and on the business and production side with producers, engineers, venue operators and executives.  In addition to working with private clients, Debra, a founding partner of Artist’s EDGE, has presented several innovative programs for entertainment industry trade conferences including NAFA, TAXI Road Rally, and West Coast Songwriter’s Conference. 

Debra and Cat Cohen are often fellow participants in songwriting community and industry events.
